Your support of the Maine Hospice Council and Center for End-of-Life
Care will make an important difference in the quality of life
experienced by individuals and families needing end-of-life care.
The Council works collaboratively with health care organizations,
providers, and consumers to identify and address critical issues of
concern around end-of-life care. We provide education,
training, advocacy and research to assist hospice programs and other
healthcare providers, as well as terminally ill and bereaved persons
around the state.

If you would like to donate to the Maine Hospice Council through an

Print our donation form and fax it in with your credit card information, or mail in with a personal check.
Give Through Payroll Deduction!
You can designate the Maine Hospice Council with your payroll gifts through MaineShare, MSECCA, Community Health Charities of Maine, Combined Federal Campaign, or United Way.
Double Your Contributions!
Many employers have matching gift funds to support their employees' charitable choices. Ask your human resources representative about their matching gift programs. If there are forms for us to complete, please include these with your completed donation form and we will take it from there.

savings, income tax deduction, and removing this asset from your
