The Blaine House Tea is an annual event honoring the work of hospice professionals and volunteers. This year's awards were given by Home Care & Hospice Alliance of Maine to several Vietnam Veteran volunteers in hospice. Jennifer Egert, VISN-3 Clinical Psychologist, highlighted upon her work with veterans and the need to accommodate their needs at end of life.
Next year's Tea is scheduled for November 2010.
