The theme for year's conference was "Leadership & Quality in Pain Management: What is Your Responsibility?". Our sponsors were the Maine Hospice Council and Center for End of Life Care, the Maine Pain Initiative, the American Cancer Society, Endo Pharmaceuticals, & the Maine Health Care Association.
Presenters included; Robert Twillman, PhD; Mark Publicker, MD; James Schneid, MD; Elizabeth Hart, MD; & Megan Hannan, with a panel consisting of Myra Broadway of the Maine Board of Nursing, Angela Westoff of the Maine Osteopathic Association, William Savage of the Maine Attorney General's Office, Gordon Smith of the Maine Medical Association & Senator Peter Mills.
Historically, Continuing Education Credits have been provided. Contact Hours are based on 60 minutes per contact hour. Evaluations must be completed and turned in at end of event in order to receive Continuing Education Credits. If you would like to have credits provided by an organization other than those seen below, please send us a message and we will look into it.

No approval is sought for Continuing Medical Education Credits. Physicians may individually claim AMA PRA Category 1 credits from Maine Medical Association.
